Join us June 3rd-5th for a weekend getaway adventure at one of our favourite places in Ontario. Share a weekend soaking up the anticipation of summer surrounded by nature, all of the elements and supported by mindful yoga, movement and meditation practices to honour the transition between seasons.

 We are stoked to be taking our first ever group of guys to 6 Mile Lake – the perfect setting to get quiet and live loud while we get our minds and bodies ready for summer playtime. The weekend includes 5 led practices, 6 delicious handmade healthy meals, optional trail runs, SUP paddling, and other nature adventures to embrace the change of the season and get a kickstart to a summer of freedom and adventure.

Our little piece of paradise on the lake is prime for yoga sessions on the dock, miles of meandering bays and inlets to explore on the SUP, hammocking by the campfire, and our own celebrity chef serving up gorgeous and tasty eats. Get yourself up to the cottage anytime on Friday afternoon, and we’ll take care of the rest.
